I cant express enough through words alone how absolutely amazing Ryan was when he handled my husband Warren Preeces unattended cremation. Even though it was straight forward, Ryan came across with professionalism, caring and the greatest kindness at this sad time for me. He was so lovely that he kept me upto date with everything that was going on. I can't thank him enough, he eased my mind aswell as my broken heart. Thank you Ryan and everyone at the coop funeral home for looking after my late husband. 100% recommended this outstanding and compassionate funeral home.

I would like to thank Karen, Tracey and all the team at Heart of England Funerals for the empathy and care they showed us while arranging the funeral of my mum, Eve Sharp on 15th Oct in Rugby. They were so responsive to our requests, guiding us gently through the organisation and the day itself and this made the whole process so much easier. My heartfelt thanks to all concerned for helping make the day a celebration of my mum's life. I know she would have approved.

Carolyn from the HofE Rugby branch was amazingly efficient from start to finish. She got to know what we really wanted very quickly and even identified the perfect undertaker, Paul to deal with me on the day! Their professionalism and expertise allowed me to relax and enjoy the ceremony knowing I had the amazing support from Paul to deliver my service for my late brother. I would highly recommend them to assist you at this incredibly difficult and traumatic time. I also want to thank all the other staff involved throughout the process. Thank you 🙏🏻

Tracy was amazing from start to finish, taking us through the process in a simple way, which at a difficult time is just what we needed. She was patient, kind and listen to understand us as a family. The whole day went smoothly and as planned.
