Chose the Heart of England for my father’s funeral and they were brilliant from start to finish. They handled everything with care and professionalism and gave dad the best send off we could have asked for. Thank you to all involved.

Everything was well looked after from start to finish and everyone on the day of the funeral said what a nice service it was. I have one comment about the registration plates of the vehicles. Whilst I understand it is the abbreviation of Heart of England, "HOE" has connotations in modern vernacular and it was a bit jarring seeing my mum's coffin in a car carrying such a plate. It wasn't just me that noted this either so I'd imagine many people feel the same way these days. I can't fault anything else and Janet especially was excellent in organising everything. The director (Georgie I think but might be mistake) was also brilliant.

I just wanted to thank you all for making my Mum's final journey so moving and respectful. You were all brilliant, even down to choosing Tracey as our Celebrant. She was amazing too. For what has been the hardest time of my life, you have all contributed to make it so much easier to bear and I felt supported and cared for throughout. I cannot thank you enough for that. What you do is so important but how you do it is even more special. You helped me through my Dad's passing and organised everything beautifully in 2019 and you were equally as brilliant helping me with my Mum's funeral a few weeks ago. I cannot recommend the Heart of England Co-op Funerals, Kenpas Highway highly enough.

What can I say? My dad sadly passed away. The staff at the Heart of England were superb. Big thanks to them all. From the first meeting, to discuss arrangements, all the way through to the service, they were excellent. Great communication all the way through. Put us in touch with Tracey Schoales ( celebrant) who conducted service, which was again superb. I would definitely recommend these funeral directors and Tracey. Big personal thanks to Joyce ( Heart of England Co-op) who led us through the arrangements and to all staff at Heart of England. A sad, but beautiful day. My dad is now at peace.

This was my first time arranging a funeral and it was for someone very close to me, so even more important for me to get it right. I could not have imagined or asked for better support partners than Janet, Joyce and Georgette at Kenpas Highway Heart of England Coop. They guided me through the process with sincere empathy, gave me space to make decisions and provided nuggets of advice from their experience - for example where to buy flowers, where to host the funeral reception , all of which helped me feel that I was getting it right for my loved one. Overall could not praise them highly enough and if you are organizing a funeral. would suggest have a chat with them before you make any decisions on who to work with.
