My brother and I sadly lost our mum unexpectedly a few weeks ago and the Heart of England funeral home came highly recommended. The ladies there looked after us so well and guided us through some difficult decisions. They were always so kind and gentle .. nothing was ever too much for them, particularly when we had a very last minute (literally on the day of the funeral) change of heart about a significant detail .. they acted fast and met our request without any hesitation or resistance. Our mums funeral was a wonderful send off for her, thanks to the Heart of England team for planning every detail, ensuring the day ran smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough, we are so grateful for everything they have done for us as this very sad and painful time.

From the very first, tearful, visit, we were made to feel supported and welcome. From then until now we have felt, consistently, that we were never asking too much or that anything was going to be difficult. We were led, with total sympathy, through the process that was necessary to give my Father-in-Law the day that he deserved. I couldn't have asked for better service than we received from the team at Leamington Spa.

Heart of England Co-op Society Ltd provided an excellent service in arranging my wife’s natural woodland burial and service. The office location on the Parade in Leamington Spa is excellently located and smart and welcoming inside. Our funeral director was caring, compassionate and professional. She listened to our wishes and made an excellent additional recommendation which was a cherry on top that we hadn’t thought of, so bravo for that. The Order of Service required a little to and from but the output on the day was excellent. The day itself was very well organised, exactly as we would have hoped for. The preparations were perfect and the weather held for us too. I highly recommend this team for the service they provide. Thank you.

From the moment we met with Amanda and her team to the day of the funeral, our family were treated with care and compassion and every wish was attended to and more. Can highly recommend them to take care of your loved one and just want to say Thank you for everything the team did to ensure my father’s wishes were delivered to the highest standard.
