We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations.
Chris, our funeral director, along with Georgette and Ailtia are proud to serve the local community, helping families through a difficult time with their professionalism and dedication.

This is third occasion we have used Heart of England Co-op to assist with the funerals of our loved ones. On each occasion, Georgette and her team have been highly professional, compassionate, and with great communication, which has greatly helped us through these difficult times. It is testament in itself that we have used their services on three occasions.

The Heart of England Co op Funerals have been outstanding dealing with the arrangements for my late mother. Georgette made the whole process alot easier, we felt at ease and reassured at all times. The care, respect and dignity that was shown to us as a family and my mother will never be forgotten. The funeral itself, although very upsetting and emotional was absolutely perfect, just how we wanted. The horses were beautiful. The gentlemen on the day were very kind, caring and professional. We cannot thank The Heart of England Coop Funerals enough, for getting us through the worst time of our lives. Thank you

I would like to express my gratitude to georgette and her crew for such a lovely send off for my beloved mum. The horses looked amazing and the crew were absolutely fantastic, and very professional. From the moment my mum was in their care at the heart of England she was treated with the most respect and was made to look just how she would of liked. The help and guidance we have been given as a family has got us through such a tragic time, and helped arrange what was a beautiful send off. I would highly recommend the heart of England. At such a sad time and with what seems, so very little time to arrange the final farewell for a loved one is one of the hardest things to ever deal with. Georgette helped with every aspect of the day and I'm pleased to say, my mum had the best send off that she deserved. Thankyou all so much

On behalf of my partner Malcolm Gunter, we would like to thank Georgette for overseeing the funeral of Mrs Grace Gunter. She had 2 white horses and a silver carriage and a service at St John’s Church and a second service in South Wales the following day. Everything went perfectly and can highly recommend.

I just wanted to share my thanks for how wonderful your staff were in the organisation of my husband Mr Shepstone's funeral on Friday 19th July 2024 and the care that he received during his time with you in Kenilworth. The care and guidance we also received as a family in such a tough time was excellent. Georgette went out of her way to advise and help create the most perfect and memorable service. Although she had been transferred to Coventry, Georgette made a special effort to make sure the day ran smoothly. she guided us through a very upsetting time, even introducing us to the drivers who were also excellent and professional. We were also so impressed with the flowers that were organised by Georgette. The whole day, although sad, was very memorable due to the care of all the staff concerned. I would strongly recommend Hear of England Co-op funerals to anybody. Many thanks, Mrs P.
