We are proud of our history dating back to 1832, as a small independent regional co-operative our main aim has always been around helping people, nowhere is that more apparent than in our funeral locations.
Sam and her colleagues are proud to serve the local community, helping families through a difficult time with their professionalism and dedication.

5-Star Review for Heart of England Co-op Funerals, Brackley I cannot thank Sam & Gail at Heart of England Co-op Funerals in Brackley enough for their kindness, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time. From the very first conversation, they showed genuine care and compassion, guiding us through every step of the process with patience and understanding. Their attention to detail and thoughtful approach made a truly emotional time much easier to manage. Everything was handled with respect and dignity, ensuring that our loved one had a beautiful and fitting farewell. I highly recommend Sam, Gail and the team to anyone in need of funeral services. Their dedication and empathy make all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.

Sam and the team provided exceptional service throughout the process. They were sensitive, compassionate, helpful and recognised and accommodated the specific requirements of the family at a very difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Heart of England Co-op Funerals.

The team were very compasionate and sensitive at all times especially Sam. However her team clearly job share, to do this effectively clear communication is key. Both members clearly did not communicate to each other or to Sam! We were asked the same set of standard questions twice, including where the the hurse should depart from. Fortunatly Sam rang me to double check and I corrected the mistake, good job she rang!!! We organised six family and friends to be be poll bearers, this again was not communicated to the team in the hurse, there was then confusion outside of the church. Also, I did not apprieciate the grave diggers hovering whilst the burial took place and morners said their final farewells. These may seem trivial points, but on a day when emotions and senses are heightened they were important.

I would highly recommend the service at co-op funerals in Brackley. Tina and the team went over and above the call of duty when helping me to arrange my mothers funeral. A lot of what I was doing was quite bespoke and nothing was ever too much trouble and they helped me to achieve what I wanted. Tracey on the day was amazing and helped to calm me down. The after care service was also fabulous. They really helped make an awful situation bearable. Thankyou
