Really can't fault the team at the Towcester office. Right from the initial meeting we were made to feel welcome and they walked us through the whole process with patience & care. The actual day couldn't have gone any better and you felt that they really looked after our Dad and wanted him to have the perfect send off. Highly recommend

I am so pleased with the compassion, support and kindness shown to me and my family over the last 4 weeks, as we planned and arranged our funeral for my dear husband, Nigel Martin. Sam and Helen made me feel comfortable and listened too as we planned everything. They called me to confirm and check i was ok often. This Towcester branch have been just outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure everything went well. Thanks Ladies for making a painful and difficult time so much easier. You really made a big difference and I was so grateful x Maxine Martin

The team at Towcester really did look after my father and us as a family. From Helen's warm welcome at our first conversation to the team on the day of my dad’s funeral. When you are grieving and not operating at your best it’s important that you have the right professionals around you. Everything was explained to us and options were presented. On the day Sam and her colleagues orchestrated a seamless service. I know my father was treated respectfully throughout and that’s a great comfort. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone involved. Steve and Family

Towcester branch are absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. People can say ‘well, that’s their job’, but for my mothers funeral we honestly felt they went above and beyond…. The advice they gave, the understanding of our confusion and our feelings and their patience was a credit to them all. The service they gave was superb. They paired us with a fantastic celebrant who aided in giving mum a great send off. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Tracy, Sam and team P.S. Also the endless cups of tea/coffee and general chats, being made welcome at any time combined with everything else puts them second to none in our books

Paul and his team were absolutely outstanding...In difficult circumstances made all the more challenging by covid 19, we experienced nothing but the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism from our first contact with Paul. He wanted to find out as much as he could about dad in order that we could say a perfect goodbye. He supported our family at all times and being 'first timers' at arranging a funeral, he answered our many questions with patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble...he even personally designed our Order of Service when we couldn't find one we liked from the stock he had. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul and cannot thank him enough for his invaluable help at a difficult time.
