Absolutely brilliant throughout. From our first experience with Chris in the office to the hassle free compilation of order of service, Dad did not take a great photo and they made him look great! Nothing was too much trouble and then on the day Nigel and the team were effortlessly respectful and calm throughout. Could not fault and highly recommend.

They oversaw my grandad’s funeral today. They were thoughtful, kind and made the experience a pleasant one. All employees were warm and welcoming and they gave clear instructions to all of us who acted as pall bearers. Cant recommend enough.

Hemming and Peace dealt with the arrangements for both of my parents funerals. I was treated with great kindness and compassion on both occasions and felt that they took great pride in what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Well where to start at the worst time in our lives Hemming and Peace were called. They acted with professionalism that night and from then on, whilst upset and sad for the loss of my husband and my daughters father I was never in any doubt that he was in the best possible hands.I’m one to ask questions and along the way Chris and Trace could always answer and reassure and put my mind at ease also just stopping for a chat because they are passionate about their job not only caring for those who have left this word but also those left behind. Their kindness and compassion shown to our 7 year old daughter was beyond exceptional helping her understand and answering questions that she had. Then there is Nigel … a rock on the toughest of days a reassuring look telling me we were doing just fine but also bringing the humour that was so needed. Never have I danced out of a crematorium but Nigel read the situation he was blooming marvellous as were all of the guys. Dignity and respect but also compassion and understanding. I am not sure I could say I enjoyed the day however it couldn’t of gone any better considering the situation.Attention to detail and the team at Hemming and Peace did my husband proud. So wonderful was the care you gave us a member of the funeral party booked you for another funeral there and then that says a lot for the service you get at Hemming and Peace Alcester. Thank you guys you are all ‘fab’ to quote my husbands favourite word x
