Hemming and Peace made organising my Mother’s funeral a calm and peaceful experience. They were efficient and thoughtful and helped me through every step of the process with care and kindness. What could have been a traumatic and confusing experience felt clear, easy, bespoke and supported. The funeral was precisely what I had wanted for my Mother and I would highly recommend this caring and friendly funeral director.

I used Hemming and Peace in 2012 for a family member. In July we sadly lost our Brother and there was no question about returning to them. Nigel and his team are simply amazing and take all the stress of the funeral. Their, kindness, respect, courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. No chances are taken and they will double check every aspect of your requirements. I found myself changing my mind every day and they took that in their stride and accommodated me on every occasion. The staff are magnificent and.nothing is too much trouble. Jayne and Melissa were wonderful as were all the staff behind the scene. I would highly recommend Hemming and Peace because they do what ever you ask without question. It was a joy to have their support throughout such a difficult time. I cannot thank them enough.

Wonderful service, staff amazing from first contact, right through, made what could be a very stressful and emotional experience, a great deal easier. Always happy to help and answer any questions, or deal with last minute requests, however draft they may have seemed. Would definately recommend.
