They felt with my mother’s funeral in February we had trouble getting them on the phone. We weren’t able to view the body until 3 days before the funeral that ended up being only two and a half days, then on the day they were closed when we tried to deliver the flowers until 10. Am they even said that we should leave them outside the garage doors, Then when we couldn’t get them on the phone on the day eventually they said someone had gone off sick but the other member of staff was on her way as the funeral was at 12 am this was all a bit last minute we didn’t feel very cared about throughout this entire process

When my Father died in June we went to Henry Ison's in Leamington Spa. The Manager, Paul, was so helpful in every way that the process was made much easier than we had imagined. He guided us re the coffin, order of service etc. etc.and even recommended a superb humanist lady to conduct the funeral. Thanks to Paul we were very pleased at how smoothly everything went, and a sad occasion was made so much better. Our sincere thanks to all of the staff involved. Brilliant service all round.

Testimonial sent to email from client permission to post online.Recently my great aunt passed away suddenly. We live in Canada and, as can be appreciated, we’re in a mad fix to get to England and do all the necessary planning, while dealing with the pain and sadness a loss of a family members brings. Right from the beginning (when we were still in Canada) Paul Atkinson made the process as uncomplicated as possible. Paul immediately went above and beyond, handling things like obtaining the death certificate, arranging pick up of our aunt and doing as much for us as possible. He went above and beyond even before we met in person. When we did arrive in England, Paul only continued to impress us. He was kind and patient with us as we asked questions and made decisions. He was non judgemental in our choices and was supportive in our planing for service and cremation. He organized every detail from finding someone to conduct the service, organize cars and even went as far to order our flowers and arrange the wake. We were overwhelmed with the travel and not being familiar with practices and service providers in Leamington and he took care of it all. We were so pleased to have worked with him and can only say good things. Thank you Paul for making an extremely difficult and chaotic time bearable. Our family was able to reflect on our aunt, grieve together and ultimately celebrate her as a person, without having to worry about the red tape... for this we will forever be grateful! Thanks again and take good care!Kellie Fergusonon Leamington Spa
