I found the service and approach of Kim and the team at Henry Ison & Sons to of been all I could of ever expected and hoped for. The attention to detail and reflecting the needs of our family was excellent and the time taken to get things just right for us was first rate and we could of asked for nothing more to of been done.Both Kim and all the team that we had contact with were absolutely professional and decent. The service we received as a family was excellent I couldn’t have wished for more, Kim took me through every detail and made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of and all the time being respectful, sympathetic and supportive. They arranged for me to visit my partner whenever I wished before the funeral and were very supportive through the whole funeral process, we couldn’t have wished for more, the celebrant we had, Amanda, was such a great help and delivered a service that we were all very proud of, she was amazing the way she made it so personal, meaningful and memorable. Such an excellent service was provided by all of the staff at Henry Ison and I will always be grateful to them for helping me and our family through such a hard time.
