I found the service and approach of Kim and the team at Henry Ison & Sons to of been all I could of ever expected and hoped for. The attention to detail and reflecting the needs of our family was excellent and the time taken to get things just right for us was first rate and we could of asked for nothing more to of been done. Both Kim and all the team that we had contact with were absolutely professional and decent. Many thanks for helping us get through a very difficult time.

The service we received as a family was excellent I couldn’t have wished for more, Kim took me through every detail and made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of and all the time being respectful, sympathetic and supportive. They arranged for me to visit my partner whenever I wished before the funeral and were very supportive through the whole funeral process, we couldn’t have wished for more, the celebrant we had, Amanda, was such a great help and delivered a service that we were all very proud of, she was amazing the way she made it so personal, meaningful and memorable. Such an excellent service was provided by all of the staff at Henry Ison and I will always be grateful to them for helping me and our family through such a hard time.

After now using Henry Isons for 3 family funerals I would never go anywhere else during what is a really hard time for a family. Henry Isons have made the whole process of planning a funeral so simple and as stress free as possible. Kim is a wonderful lady who obviously cares about the people that she is working with and was there supporting us through every step.

Amazing ServiceI chose Henry Ison & Sons because they were a longstanding funeral directors and I felt I would receive a more personal service than the bigger more corporate undertakers, and I was not wrong.Kim at Allesley Old Road branch was just amazing. I lost my husband under tragic circumstances and also had a very tricky family situation, Kim was professional and very compassionate and helped me step by step and made the whole process a lot more bearable. On the day of the funeral Wendy the Undertaker was just as amazing and the drivers too, I was very nervous about how it would go given the tricky situation but Wendy orchestrated is amazingly and everything went smoothly. Thank you all for a brilliant service.Ruth Whitehouse and family

Our family really appreciate all that was done and the service provided by the entire team at Henry Ison's for our Mothers funeral. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the help and professionalism of Kim, who made the whole funeral planning and organisation process as easy and caring as possible, and for Peter, who's direction on the day enabled the funeral arrangements to pass off so well.Thank you to all at Henry Ison’s
