I would absolutely recommend Aylesbury Heritage and Sons. All staff have been so kind, professional and thoughtful under very sad circumstances. We used Ben and the team two years ago to arrange a family funeral and our experience then was fantastic too. Initially, mum and I met with Ben who helped us to plan the perfect celebration for my lovely dad. The first meeting was very relaxed yet professional and Ben spent a good time listening to family memories! The prospect of arranging a funeral not knowing the wishes of your loved one was daunting but Ben made this manageable. A close friend of dad’s visited the Chapel of Rest and this too was a calm, peaceful and positive experience. I was so pleased with the Aylesbury Vale crematorium – it is a beautiful place to reflect. Ben had suggested we visit the venue so that we were familiar with it before the funeral date. Myself and my son visited and found this both helpful and reassuring. On the day itself, Ben and his team were super professional, everything was perfect in every way (as perfect as a day like that can be). I am still in contact Heritage. Sue has been extremely helpful in offering information on masonry and internment and Ben has offered to help/guide us further.
