We cannot thank Heritage & Sons enough for the care, compassion, and support they showed us during such a difficult time. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they truly couldn’t do enough for us. Their professionalism combined with genuine kindness made an incredibly hard experience so much easier, and we are deeply grateful.

Heritage & sons were very helpful and professional, with all the planning that was needed for the funeral of our father. From the minute they came to collect our father till the day of the funeral they looked after him so well and made him look beautiful, they made us feel so welcome, and nothing was any trouble for them, from the first phone call till even after the funeral, we would highly recommend Heritage and Sons. Thank you sue, Leila, and everyone else that looked after our father. From all the family of mr Derick Newman.

Heritage & Sons provided exactly the service we required: professional, sympathetic and faultless. Family from Canada and Malta were comforted by the tradition of the transport and the well managed service, whilst others who couldn't be there could feel part of the ceremony via the video link.

Thanks to Sue, the whole process of arranging Mum’s funeral from start to finish was made very easy and clear, at a time when you really need that! I had no worries and total confidence that all would go well, and was kept informed at every stage, including the grave stone updating, and other people/organisations that needed to be involved. My thanks also to all others at Heritage & Sons involved with Mum’s funeral. I can highly recommend them.
