Everyone at Heritage were very helpful and kind. We were looked after so well throughout the difficult period in arranging the funeral, on the funeral day itself and afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I am honoured to write a review for Heritage and Sons in Wendover. Last year, they attended to my wonderful mum's service which was, in my eyes, the perfect send off. Jan was so helpful and understanding at such a sad time. Nothing was too much trouble. My step-dad was absolutely bereft but was so pleased with how the whole day went. Peter, the funeral director, even wore a green tie out of respect for my mum's favourite colour. When my step-dad died in February I knew exactly what he wanted for his own ceremony, the same venue (Bierton Crematorium) and the same music that Mum had chosen. Once again, Jan and Peter were wonderful in every way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It is hard to express in words the gratitude I have for how well we were treated by Heritage & Sons in Wendover. Jan is an angel! She guided us with empathy, kindness and compassion. All the communications we received were timely and well thought through We were guided through the whole process with gentleness and consideration. The team on the day, Matthew, Elaine & Seth were so lovely - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to all the team at Heritage - we put our faith and trust in you at such a heartbreaking time and you did not let us down.

Heritage in Wendover recently took care of the arrangements for our fabulous Mum's funeral. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Jan in the office cared for both Mum and us as if we were family. Phil and his assistant Funeral Directors made the actual funeral flawless and were a quiet, calm presence in the background. Highly recommended.

Walking through the doors of a funeral directors to arrange the funeral of my life long partner was the darkest moment of my life. Jan welcomed me and instantly made me feel completely at ease. The enormity of the task was made easier Jan helped me every step of the way, offering kindness, support and guidance throughout. My requirements were a little complex, so involved more than one meeting, but Jan was always available and kept me informed, liaising with the crematorium, the florist and the Heritage & Sons team, making sure every detail was perfect. I was concerned about visiting the Chapel of Rest to say my final goodbyes, but again, Jan offered support and was always there if needed. In fact, Jan made it so easy, I visited twice, which eased my pain somewhat. I know that the love of my life was cared for impeccably, with dignity and with the utmost respect. I will always be grateful to Jan and the rest of the team at Heritage & Sons (Wendover) for seeing me through the toughest time of my life with kindness, dignity and professionalism.
