We used Heritage & Sons in Amersham for our mother, Jacqueline Morris’s, funeral. Lynda and Matthew were both extremely kind and helpful and talked us through everything we needed to think about and do to plan the occasion. On the day Matthew and all the other staff were very kind and we felt very reassured that everything would go as planned which it all did. Matthew & Co at Heritage and Sons provided such a beautiful, memorable service for my late Nan - who was my absolutely world. From first speaking on the phone , the initial meeting about the service, to the actual service day and post funeral , I instantly felt reassured for Matthew to look after Nan. I own my own elderly care business so I have dealt with many funeral directors etc but I can honestly say everything was perfect and I left like we did Nan so proud, this of course , wouldn’t have been possibly without the help of Matthew & Co at Heritage and Sons.
