We were recommended Heritage Funeral Directors and they lived up to their reputation, delivering a caring and professional service. My mother had died quickly and unexpectedly. Matthew and Lynda worked patiently with us on every detail and my Mother’s Celebration of Life was just beautiful. Thank you

We used Heritage & Sons in Amersham for our mother, Jacqueline Morris’s, funeral. Lynda and Matthew were both extremely kind and helpful and talked us through everything we needed to think about and do to plan the occasion. On the day Matthew and all the other staff were very kind and we felt very reassured that everything would go as planned which it all did. We were very pleased with the service we received from Heritage &Sons and would definitely recommend them.

We recently entrusted Heritage & Sons (Amersham) with the arrangements for my dad’s funeral, and I can honestly say the care, compassion, and professionalism we received were exceptional from start to finish. At such a difficult and emotional time, the team made everything feel that bit more manageable — always respectful, patient, and attentive to every detail. They guided us through the process with genuine empathy and ensured the service was exactly as we hoped: a fitting and heartfelt tribute to my dad. I’m very grateful for the support we received and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. It’s clear they truly care about the families and communities they serve.

Matthew and Lynda were absolutely amazing at Heritage and Sons, Amersham and we couldn't have asked for better care. They both led us through a difficult time with compassion, care and attention to detail with the utmost professionalism. Matthew helped us to arrange a simple, sensitive funeral for Mum by matching us up to a lovely celebrant, Kirsty, who was absolutely perfect for us as a family. Matthew and everyone on the team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warmth and thoughtfulness and the superb support and service you gave us at a time when we needed it most.

Matthew & Co at Heritage and Sons provided such a beautiful, memorable service for my late Nan - who was my absolutely world. From first speaking on the phone , the initial meeting about the service, to the actual service day and post funeral , I instantly felt reassured for Matthew to look after Nan. I own my own elderly care business so I have dealt with many funeral directors etc but I can honestly say everything was perfect and I left like we did Nan so proud, this of course , wouldn’t have been possibly without the help of Matthew & Co at Heritage and Sons. Everyone who attended said what a lovely service it was and that Nan would have been proud of us. Thank you so much for making Nans send off so uplifting, we truly appreciate it.
