We cannot thank Heritage and their team enough for the compassionate care they showed our family after the passing of our Dad. From our first phone call, they made a terrible life situation manageable. They were gentle, patient, and never made us feel rushed, allowing us to plan the perfect, personal send-off. They treated our loved one with the utmost dignity." Our Dad would have been pleased too! Thank you!

Very caring and personal service. The Celebrant was amazing and gave all the information in such a way you would think he knew my Husband on a personal level. All the staff at HERITAGE and Sons were so kind and could not do enough for the family . My sons , Grandsons and personal friend wanted to be Pall Bearers and the official Pall Bearers not only allowed it but they gave them all the information they needed. It truly was a very good and personal funeral and I do not hesitate to give 5 stars. Thankyou so much HERITAGE AND SONS for making a very painful day bearable.

Heritage Funeral Directors were truly outstanding in helping us arrange my mum’s funeral. From the very first phone call, Amy and the team were compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive during such an emotional time. They guided us through every step with professionalism and genuine care, making sure every detail was handled exactly as we hoped. Nothing was too much trouble, and they treated my mum with the utmost dignity and respect. On the day of the service, everything was beautifully organised, calm, and seamless, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye. We are so grateful for the kindness and guidance we received. Heritage's made a very difficult time a little easier, and we can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended.

We very recently chose Heritage Buckingham for my husband’s funeral. Their service was excellent from beginning to end. Carol showed exceptional compassion, professionalism and care at every stage. She guided us through the arrangements, made note of our personal wishes and made sure every point was handled with great attention to detail. David, the funeral director, was a huge support to our whole family on both the day of the funeral and the cremation.I am so pleased I chose Heritage Buckingham. I am deeply grateful for everything they did and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a funeral.

Heritages and Son in Buckingham handled both my Father's and more recently my Step-Mother's funeral arrangements. On both occasions they were highly professional and sensitive, balancing their extensive experience with a warm compassionate approach. Nothing was too much trouble and Amy and Carol at the Buckingham office listened and worked hard to take into account family wishes as well as kindly making clear the practicalities. The funeral ran very professionally and in keeping with family wishes. Wrap round pastoral care was also impressive, I was kept in the loop throughout in terms of arrangements and expectations and on the day the funeral ran just as we had wished. Pallbearers and hearse staff were professional and again, very sensitive to my wishes. Heritage and Sons supported the family to facilitate the funerals both my parents wanted, in terms of occasions to mourn, reflect and most importantly celebrate their lives. Highly recommended and thank you Heritages.
