Organising the funeral of a dear person is stressful and emotional. I can't thank Yvette, Nicholas and the rest of the team at Heritage & Sons in Bletchley enough. From the outset to completion of the funeral services they were compassionate, respectful, friendly and caring and SO efficient with the organisation and communication of absolutely everything. They also have a very good and comprehensive website if you want to browse at your leisure. I would highly recommend their services. Again, thank you.

From my first phone enquiry through to the courtesy call the day after the funeral, I felt I was in sympathetic and professional hands. We didn't know where to start and don't live in the area, but Yvette and the team investigated green burial sites, local chapels, etc. to provide us with options to choose from. They booked and checked everything, leaving us assured the day would run as we wished, which it did. We were very happy with the chapel, the celebrant, the Orders of Service, webpage and webcast of the service, the burial site, flowers, and Nicholas and his team quietly and expertly guiding us through on the day, despite the rain. I can wholeheartedly recommend Heritage & Sons Bletchley.

Heritage a Sons (Bletchley) were amazing. Yvette talked us through the whole process and took care of everything with compassion, easing what was otherwise a difficult time. Nick and the team made the experience at the crematorium and the commute as smooth and seamless showing considerable care and consideration. Thank you everyone e

We chose Heritage because Yvette was so warm, caring and understanding. We are so glad that we did. We felt that they looked after my dad with respect and care. We felt heard but also guided every step of the way. Nicholas and his team on the day were very professional but so kind, compassionate and attentive. We would like to thank them for providing such a warm and empathetic service at at a such a traumatic time for us as a family. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We used Heritage & son's for both my Mum when she passed away in November 2023 and again when my Dad passed away March 2025. All of the team are absolutely amazing, so kind & compassionate, great communication, they think of every detail, even arranging for me to take our dog in to say her goodbyes to her beloved Grandad. The florist who they recommend is amazing as well. Nothing was too much trouble at all thank you so much Yvette and the whole team.
