I warmly commend Hilliers to you. They were involved in the funerals of both my Father and Mother though some considerable years apart. They were kind and hugely helpful at difficult times in our families life. They were both professional in the advice and service they offered but also treated us as though they cared and we matter. A bit like family. Thank especially to Nick for his help and advice when I did not have a clue what to do.

On the 15th December 2025 I lost my mum to Alzheimers. Hilliers Funeral Service then took care of the funeral service. We had the service at Hilliers and the wake, and I have to say that I cannot thank them enough for making it such an easy and calm procedure. Upstairs where we held the wake was so comfortable and there was someone on hand all the time if we needed any assistance. There was no stress as they put us in touch with all the appropriate people. My mums funeral was the best it could be so thankyou Hilliers for making my mums fueral so peaceful and comforting.

We lost our Mum on the 7th December at home. Right from that first phone call, Hilliers were so supportive and respectful at the worst time for us as a family. Reece came to the family home and helped to sort everything within 12 days so we could have the Funeral before Christmas. He was so kind and understanding of us all as we tried to work our way through this as a family. On the day, Rebecca walked in front of the Hearse from the family home out of the street, such a touching thing to do and all were there silently supporting throughout. Thank you.

Ray and I would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone involved in the care of our beautiful daughter Lyndsay. We will forever be grateful to them all, but especially to JULIE GROOM who was our point of contact throughout this the worst time in our lives, she helped guide us through our nightmare with the most caring, empathetic, professional and gentle manner. Her patience and understanding of our needs was amazing nothing was too much for her. Julie definitely went above and beyond she accomplished everything we asked and did it with such gentle grace we will be eternally grateful to Julie.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

On behalf of my father, Peter, myself and the wider family, we would like to extend our heartfelt and sincere thanks to Hillier Funeral Services for their professionalism, sensitivity, patience, and help with arranging mums funeral. They made a very difficult and emotional day all the more bearable and we felt very safe in their hands. Their suggested celebrant, Kirsty, was lovely. She gently and sensitivity listened our stories of mum, and her eulogy was perfect. Thank you all so much.
