Her kindness, and calm support meant so much to our family during an incredibly difficult time. At a time when everything felt overwhelming, she guided us with such care and compassion, and it meant more than we can properly put into words, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Because of her, the day felt calm, respectful, and truly reflective of who my Mum was. Our family felt supported throughout, and we will always be grateful for the dignity, warmth and kindness she showed us during such a painful time.
