Not sure why the name on here says Julia as I am Tracy.I would just like to applaud the wonderful service myself and family got from here, and that is all thanks to Shaun. Originally I was dealing with another funeral directors but they were unable to meet my needs. I called Holmes and Daughters and from the get go Shaun was amazing, really amazing. He dealt with my family perfectly, some of them have disabilities and are difficult to deal with at the best of times but Shaun was a superstar. He had so much respect for my mum and even though she passed away he spoke as if she was still with us. He had arranged for Karen, a civil Celebrant to do the service and she was also amazing.Thank you.Tracy &a family

It has taken me a while to find the words to express my gratitude to Holmes & Daughters East Sheen for their outstanding professionalism and meticulous planning of a loved ones’ farewell. Approximately four years ago my dear grandmother passed away and, due to the entire family living abroad, it could have been a total distaster. Thanks to Holmes & Daughters making my grandmother look so alive and well at the open-casket ceremony, we even found some people trying to engage in conversation with her!I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to give someone the farewell they deserve.
