Knowing I had to start enquiring about funeral arrangements sent me into total overwhelm. However, from the very first call to Wendy at Hope Funeral Care, I felt a massive weight lift off my shoulders. I didn’t want a stuffy, traditional scary experience for both me and my young children, I wanted to know my husband would be cared to entirely on site, and that I didn’t want anything that resembled a coffin! Speaking to Wendy, explaining my worries…it just felt right. I knew nothing was too much for them—they showed genuine compassion, honesty, and sincerity, guiding me in decisions that reflected what mattered most. Their thoughtful personal touches and follow-up brought immense comfort. I felt truly held during the darkest, most frightening time of my life, and their ongoing support has meant so much. Wendy and Clare especially went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Everyone who attended the celebration of life said it was the most uplifting service they had ever experienced, exactly what we hoped for my three young children. The premises are beautiful, calm, warm and inviting, each time I entered the building it felt like a big warm hug and left feeling lighter. Wendy and Clare aimed to give hope—and that is exactly what they achieved. Words cannot express what their genuine support means to me. Both you and your loved one, could not be better supported or cared for anywhere else than Hope Funeral Care.

Hope Funeral Care are just amazing well beyond amazing. We just had to say goodbye to my beautiful mum who wanted a celebration of life and Hope absolutely delivered. Wendy was so caring and supportive and delivered the most amazing service to myself and my dad. I cannot thank them enough how wonderful it was thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I would not recommend anyone else. Thank you Wendy you have been a superstar.

Claire, Wendy, Katie and Cate are the only people I would turn to in the unfortuanate event of another death in my family. A family member of mine died in very unexpected circumstances and I did not have a clue what I was supposed to do. After receiving a recommendation of their service, I gave them a call. From the moment I spoke to Wendy, I knew that I was speaking with the right people and I was instantly at ease when discussing my situation. From that first call I was guided in a very personable manor through every step. I chose a service at their premises and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The building is beautiful and Claire and her team made everything perfect. I am, and will always be grateful to them for the service I received from Hope Funeral Care and I thank them all for everything they did. Marc Paul.
