Everyone who was involved in planning and on the day of the funeral treated everyone professionally with dignity and respect. I would like to thank Derek for his advice and guidance throughout.

Derek…. What a kind professional man. I have already told you in person our gratitude. But you are a credit and you gave so much support and reassurance to us as a family and my late Mum. A Thank you will never be enough

My first point of contact by phone was Derek. He was kind, patient and professional from the very beginning. When I had questions or concerns I was able to get in touch and Derek would contact me at his earliest convenience and I was very grateful to have a continuous contact rather than to deal with different people throughout the process of planning my Dads funeral. I also met with Chris in person, again, kind, considerate and professional. He went out of his way to be available as I was travelling some distance to make final preparations and sign papers. Fantastic, friendly service from the outset. They made a very tough process much more manageable. Thank you to such an outstanding team.

I was happy with the service from the start, from taking out the funeral plan for my mum to arranging the funeral. It was an easy, stress-free process and Derek’s manner was kind and helpful, which really helped. All our wishes were carried out efficiently and professionally and we were very happy with the service and communication throughout. I’m so glad I took out the funeral plan with Howard’s. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks for all your help.
