Emma Hollis from Humphris helped us arrange the perfect funeral for my mother today 11th January 2024. We were contacted by Emma at every stage and dealt with sympathetically and with great skill. Nothing was too much trouble, our questions were answered and many options explored. I simply can't rate Humphris and Emma Hollis in particular highly enough. Thank you Emma.

I can't thank Humphris Funerals enough for the care and attention given to me and my family following the death of my father recently. Their sympathy and understanding at such a difficult time was so appreciated, and the whole process was handled with the utmost sensitivity and dignity. Emma Hollis and Simon Collier in particular were magnificent, with attention to every last detail second to none! I was involved at every stage, and felt supported and comforted throughout. Thanks to all the team at Humphris, including the wonderful bearers, for such a lovely service that I know my dear Dad would have been proud of.

The main people I dealt with was Lorraine, Amanda & Emma, who were absolutely amazing & supportive throughout. They really looked after my husband while he was in their care, and also looked after me while I was grieving. I can’t say enough at how grateful & thankful I am, and will never forget their kindness & professionalism through the whole process.

Emma was absolutely amazing, I could not ask her for any more than she did for us as a family, and for me, she is a credit to Humphries .From start to finish, she made us feel like family. I would recommend Humphries to anybody that I know. The comfort That was shown to us as a family from all of the staff we could not asks for anything else .Thank you so much for everything you did for us as a family xx
