Sadly I lost my precious Mum in May and had a small amount of her ashes in a container. I recently purchased a lovely heart shaped urn to transfer the ashes into. I contacted Ian Brown Funeral Directors to see if they could help me and transfer Mum to her resting place.Shannon was so helpful and today Mum was moved to her “new home”. I can’t thank Shannon enough for her thoughtfulness and kind words. All of this was done free of charge for me. May I add that my Mum was actually cremated by another Company. I fully expected to pay for this service.

We sadly lost my gran recently. My papa chose to use Ian Brown Funeral Director. We dealt with Shannon. She is an absolute credit to the company. We couldn't have been better looked after. She thought of everything, down to every last detail. We will always be grateful for such a beautiful send off. She went above and beyond what we expected. My papa sends his thanks ❤

Wonderful service received from start to finish. Every person who works there showed such compassion and sympathy to all of us as a family in what was a difficult time for us all. Would not hesitate to recommend them to other families.
