It's difficult to express how grateful me and my family are to Ian Hazel Funerals and in particular Luke, Tim and other staff. Ian Hazel were wonderful throughout the planning of my mum Jean's funeral and on the day itself. They were caring, compassionate and straightforward from the immediate point of mum's passing, through various communications by email and face to face, to the funeral day itself. They did whatever they could to meet our requests and the day of the funeral itself was far less stressful than it might have been because of their organisation. Thank you so much.
