On behalf on my three daughters and extended family, many thanks to everyone at JB Shakespeare for the care, kindness and help they gave us in organising my Wife's funeral. On the day of the funeral, Peter Bryant's organisational, logistical and emotional support was of the highest professional standard. Well done to all staff.

Amazing service from Tricia at the Croydon branch. She went above and beyond to provide the best send off for my dad. Tricia was very clear in her communication and also very supportive. John, the funeral director led the proceedings with utmost repsect and compassion. Heather, the celebrant, took lots of time to craft the words of the service and they reflected perfectly my dad's brilliant life. It really was an outstanding celebration of life, thanks to the efficient, kind and respectful service I received from JB Shakespeare.

From the very beginning, Trisha and the team handled everything with utmost care, compassion, and professionalism during what was a very difficult time for our family. Trisha, in particular, was an absolute star. She guided us through every step of the process with great sensitivity, and no detail was too small for her to address. From finalizing the order of service to coordinating flowers and handling last-minute changes, she worked with speed and efficiency to resolve any issues that arose. Her patience and understanding made all the difference during an emotional and overwhelming time. The service was seamless, beautifully conducted, and a true tribute to my father’s life. The personalized touches, such as helping us incorporate our family’s wishes into the ceremony and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day, left us feeling deeply supported. We even received multiple comments from friends and family on how perfectly everything was arranged.

On the first anniversary of my uncle's death, I still remember the wonderful service I received from JB Shakespeare. I am based in Scotland so funeral arrangements had to be made by phone/email. Tricia and Peter were so caring, kind and supportive, and they thought of everything. On the day of the funeral, they placed a framed photograph of my uncle on the coffin. I wasn't expecting this and it was such a lovely tribute. I really appreciated Peter's calming presence at the funeral. He is the perfect blend of friendly yet professional, and he ensured that everything went smoothly and quietly. With many thanks.
