"A dignified final journey for mum was handled professionally and with empathy. Nothing was too much trouble and the support received from the team made a difficult time a little easier."
— Julie Helps (about Linsie)
"You made me and my family feel very cared for at such a difficult time. Steve's funeral service was so very special. I cannot recommend you highly enough."
— Helen Mildren (about Caz)
"Linsie has held our hand through the process, nothing has been too much. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She and her team were very respectful and helpful on the day."
— Phil Rayner (about Linsie)
"Sadly, this was the 4th funeral I have had to arrange. However, it was the most friendly and least stressful. I never felt as if anything was a problem. There was no hard sell, pressure, or time frame. I really could not fault the help, attention or the funeral itself."
— Ruth Talbot (about Linsie)
"I knew they would care for my husband and he was in safe hands. They were a great comfort to me at all times. Linsie helped and guided me through all I had to do. A very thoughtful and caring team."
— Sylvia Pearce (about Linsie)
"Linsie even went out of her way to deliver my fathers ashes to my elderly mother. The stress was taken out from the beginning of the process right through to the day. Both ladies were lovely and helpful, couldn't do enough for us."
— Moondog Hunter (Richard) (about Linsie)

I recently used JH Way, Dawlish for my friends funeral and from the first contact with Linsie she was welcoming, warm and professional. Linsie made the whole difficult process so much easier, she was both comforting and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending using JH Way, Dawlish with Linsie's personal touch easing what was a very difficult time.

They offered excellent service regarding the organisation of the funeral and for the actual event. We were very happy with Linsie at JH Way who was both professional and empathetic. The celebrant who was recommended, Michelle, also did an excellent job.
