At this very sad and stressful time, Julie and her colleagues at James & Thomas were both professional and empathetic. They organised everything exactly as we had wished. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other families.

At such a stressful and emotional time it is really important to deal with a company that you can trust and that are 100% professional in everything they do . Julie Brown at the Horsley branch took care of everything- organising an excellent celebrant recommending a wonderful florist and arranging the order of service etc. The service from James & Thomas was not only extremely professional but also warm and caring. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier.

Julie at James and Thomas Funeral Directors made the process of burying my father so easy, her approach was warm and appropriate. Everything went very smoothly and we felt reassured that the best was done for my father. The bearers were sensitive to our emotions and stepped back when appropriate. The office surroundings, the car and the presentation of the staff was just right for the sad occasion. We are very grateful to have been able to use such a professional company right here in our village.
