I just wanted to thank you for how you handled our grandfather's funeral this week. From start to finish you took away all the stress of that side of his passing. Your staff at all times, especially Colin, were so respectful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained. We approached the funeral planning with some trepidation having never had to organise one before, but you made everything so easy to negotiate. Absolutely magnificent service. Caring, empathetic and professional. I used Ashton's for my father and mother's funerals nearly 31 years apart and every single member of staff were brilliant. Communication from the directors (Callum was my main contact) via email and phone calls were first class. I highly recommend them. 5 stars is totally well deserved.
