Lost my mum in June. I’m only 28 and struggled massively with this loss. I’ve never had to think about anything like this before and did not know where to start. My sister and I were devastated and struggling to function. Christopher took care of absolutely everything and made it all as easy as possible. Nothing was too much for him and he went above and beyond in every way he possibly could have. I can’t even put in to words how professional, caring and compassionate he was, as well as everyone in the branch. I will never be able to express how grateful we are for everything, and I know mum would have been so thankful for getting the send off she would have wanted.
