Excellent customer service and support throughout during such a difficult time. Our Funeral Director Jamie was there whenever we needed to discuss any aspects of the service and provided practical support to ensure we got the service just right. Our loved one was treated with dignity and respect and we will always be grateful for this.

Lost my mum in June. I’m only 28 and struggled massively with this loss. I’ve never had to think about anything like this before and did not know where to start. My sister and I were devastated and struggling to function. Christopher took care of absolutely everything and made it all as easy as possible. Nothing was too much for him and he went above and beyond in every way he possibly could have. I can’t even put in to words how professional, caring and compassionate he was, as well as everyone in the branch. I will never be able to express how grateful we are for everything, and I know mum would have been so thankful for getting the send off she would have wanted.
