Firstly may I say a personal thank you to you Lisa, you made everything a lot easier with your calm demeanour and thoughtful ways, thanks. I’d also like to thank Mark Niblock for doing a lovely job, such a lovely person. I’d also like to thank Tom and Chris for their guidance on Thursday.

Given that people only tend to deal with undertakers during very difficult times, I have to say that my own personal experience with James Brown & Sons in Dunmurry was made so much more bareable thanks to the 1st class service we as a family received.From our initial contact through to the day of the Funeral service everything was faultless.When 1st contact was made, the funeral arranger ( Lisa ) agreed to meet with us at home to discuss our plans, Lisa's manner and professionalism during our constant chats over 10 days was exemplary.On a personal note I can only imagine how difficult a job it is to be constantly dealing with people's grief, people more often than not you've never met before, so Thank you so much James Brown & Sons (Dunmurry) and especially Lisa for your understanding and quality of service 👏👏

We were completely satisfied with the service provided. Lisa, at the funeral home, made us feel valued and carried out all the necessary work in a friendly and extremely efficient manner. She kept in regular touch with us and gave excellent help and guidance during the whole funeral period. I cannot speak too highly of the service that was provided.

My wife and I want to formally thank Lisa at the Dunmurry branch of James Brown for her kindness, patience and understanding throughout our journey in making our funeral plans.We did run into a specific problem regarding our choice of cemetery. I though we had no chance, but with her encouragement, advice and support...we were eventually successful. Whilst this took quite a while, Lisa was a constant encouragement for us. My thanks to all the staff at James Brown & Sons, Dunmurry, especially to Lisa and Colin. They were so kind and respectful and Lisa guided me through all the paperwork etc. in a gentle, supportive and professional manner which made dealing with my mum's funeral so much easier at a sad and difficult time in my life.
