Janine, David and Andrew were comforting, informative and helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier. As a family we appreciate everything they did for us.

Janine and all the team where excellent at their jobs, very kind, professional and handled every part of the funeral with dignity. Myself and My Father were very impressed with Janine and how she came over to the house and explaining everything and then checked up on us. I would recommend and use James Brown again in the future.

You were just perfect, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. All my questions were answered fully, there was no trouble finding out about everything in my Dad’s funeral 3 years prior so I can have almost identical for my mum. I cannot put into words how wonderful everyone was from the phone calls through to the drivers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

A big thank you to the staff at James Brown and Sons Lisburn Road for the love, care and attention they gave to my late Aunt Maud. Special thanks to Terry Weir for his care and attention to every detail he gave on the day of the funeral and thanks also to Liz in the office. Her love and understanding helped us through a difficult timeThank you again from Lorraine Doherty (Niece of Maud Browne x)

I have just recently lost my beautiful Mother. My sister and I were floundering, never having had to arrange a funeral before but Lisa at the Lisburn Road branch was incredible. She just took all the stress and worry out of our hands and sorted it all out. NOTHING was too much trouble. They made my Mother look beautiful. Every single member of staff that we dealt with was professional, sincere and sympathetic. We could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend them. I cannot praise this firm highly enough.
