Although a very sad and difficult time, much of the worry and uncertainty was lifted from my shoulders by the extremely caring and efficient Liz at Cobham office. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she helped craft the perfect funeral for my late husband. Obviously very experienced, Liz knew the answer to all my questions and if not, she knew where to find them. The whole family appreciated all that James and Thomas did for us in giving my husband the wonderful tribute that he deserved.

I cannot thank Liz enough for making the whole process so easy, she was absolutely fantastic and helped us through every step and was there for us whenever we needed her. I am so so happy we had Liz to do the whole process, we will forever be greatful for how fantastic she was.

After losing mum in 2016, we sadly lost dad as well in May this year. Mum was looked after so tenderly by James & Thomas so leaving dad in their caring hands was the obvious choice. Liz at the Cobham branch was nothing short of an angel to my sister and I. She was compassionate and considerate and guided us so personally through the whole process all the way to the crematorium where she attended and looked after the whole family so sensitively and with such dignity and respect for dad. We honestly could not have wished for a lovelier team of people to help us through such a sad time. So many thanks for everything.

Liz bayliss was absolutely fantastic arranging my mums funeral she went above and beyond and provided everything we wanted especially making it comfortable and easy to visit mum as much as possible xx
