We are an independent family run Funeral Home with two Funeral Directors Jill and Peter. We care for you and your loved ones like they were our own. Nothing is too much trouble for us and we will arrange every aspect of the funeral for you so you have nothing to worry about. We can offer anything from a simple funeral to a full service in church with a burial or cremation. Anything is possible.

Jill and her team are second to none. The whole team are lovely and set you at ease the moment you get in touch. They genuinely show care and support, and listen to your family’s wishes. They took great care of my dad, and allowed us to focus on our family without worrying about arrangements. And my mum got a card from them a year after my dad passed away, so thoughtful and caring.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jill Glencross Funeral Directors, and in particular to Kevin for all his help and support in the planning and execution of our Mum's funeral. We had a small private funeral (at my Mum’s request), but Kevin treated the occasion with the same reverence as a much bigger affair. He took the time to walk us through the process, made some wonderful suggestions of what we could include, executed our wishes around music and flowers perfectly, and was very patient with us when we found it hard to make decisions. On the day, he treated my Mum (and us) with the upmost dignity. When he spoke at the funeral service he had clearly thought carefully about what to say, and spoke with a fantastic level of kindness, emotion, and respect. To quote my Dad he did a 'sterling job' and we are very happy that we engaged Jill Glencross Funeral Directors and Kevin's services to say goodbye to Mum. Thank you Kevin for everything. You made what was a very difficult situation bearable and I think Mum would have been very happy with her final journey.
