Barbara had a list of relevant and very helpful information at her fingertips, gently talked me through the whole process, making helpful suggestions, while supporting me in my own choices. All the branch members felt like a second family, supporting, comforting and reassuring me through the whole event , Barbara even made sure that I had a bottle of water before the cortege set off. This branch guided me through one of the saddest times in my life with such compassion and empathy, that I can't recommend them highly enough to prospective customers.

John Grays were amazing. In these awful precedent times they went above and beyond to help the passing of my dearly beloved mum that little bit easier.
