Robin and Hayley at John Nodes on Westbourne grove have just handled my grandfather´s funeral and my mother and I would like to express our deep and sincere admiration for all aspects of the way it was done. They were warm and sensitive in their approach to us, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They did absolutely everything to make sure we were happy with every aspect of their service. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone.

The service provided by the staff at John Nodes was exceptional. My uncle died recently and the nursing home recommended this funeral service. Right from the first meeting with Robin, we were taken through what we needed to do, in a very calm, professional manner. Robin and Hayley couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole process went very smoothly, without any problems. They were kind, sympathetic and a joy to work with, and we are very grateful that my Uncle had a perfect funeral.Thank you so muchStuart
