What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
We ask for the cost of the Disbursements chosen to be paid before the day of the funeral.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
The deposit must be paid before the day of the funeral.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
30 days from the date of the invoice.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We are able to accept Bank Transfers, Card Payments, all except American Express, Cash and a Cheque.
With agreement from the Director of the company, an instalment plan could be taken into consideration for the final balance.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
We reserve the right for a bill that remains unpaid for up to and over 60 days, we will charge interest at 2% per month and any legal or court costs incurred due to non-payment.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
You have 14 days in which to change your mind from engagement and we will only charge you for the services that you have received from us. For example, if we have carried out the initial removal of your loved one to our chapel of rest, then we will charge you for that.
