As a family we have no hesitation in recommending Johnathan Allcock funeral directors. While organising our mother’s recent funeral , Ryan and all the team were so compassionate and professional. They seemed to think of everything and made a very emotional situation run smoothly. All the services they recommended also turned out to be wonderful, from the florist , to the order of service! The fact that they are a family run company really seems to make a difference. The funeral was perfect. Thank you to all the team.

John and Eleanor led the team looking after the funeral of my cousin. I was very happy with the services provided in guiding me through what at times felt an overwhelming process. This included the key questions that I would need to consider, enabling me to bring in the support of friends and family to provide the best Service I could. I was particularly grateful for the care and patience taken in helping me choose the flowers and Order of Service. I was given the timings for the funeral and on the day the team including the pall bearers and drivers all acted professionally and with compassion. I would highly recommend their services.

I used Alcock & Sons when my father passed away in 2012 and I had no hesitation in contacting them again when my mother passed away 3 weeks ago. After 13 years I was at a loss as to what to do but John was wonderful at guiding us through the whole process. The care, compassion and professionalism shown by John and all the team brought comfort and support at such a difficult and emotional time. They produced the most beautiful order of service. Their help and advice with all aspects of the funeral from flowers to the visual tribute was amazing. Their communication with both myself and our minister was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They took such great care of my mother and gave her the most beautiful send off. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much for everything. Fiona

My sister and I would highly recommend Jonathan Alcock & Sons Funeral Directors who arranged our Mum's funeral very recently. John communicated with us regularly throughout, at was a very emotional time. He was empathetic, very helpful and reassuring. He arranged a celebrant for us for the service and she was so kind and professional too. The funeral itself ran smoothly and efficiently and the service, including the Order of Service just as we wanted. We were in safe hands at all times.

J Alcock & Sons dealt with Dad's funeral in 2006 so when Mum passed away, we had no hesitation in contacting them. As it was the first funeral my sister and I have arranged it was greatly reassuring the way John guided us through the whole process. The funeral service and cremation were booked in promptly and we appreciated the high level of communication we received. The day of the funeral and cremation ran smoothly, and John and his staff were excellent. Many Thanks Anne and David
