My family recently had a bereavement, and we chose Kenneth Keegan as our funeral director. From the first meeting with Gordon we received a personal and highly professional service. He remained our first point of contact throughout. The original reason for choosing Keegan's was based on price.I had previously used a different company before and a couple of requests from myself had not been carried out, not what you want to happen on day that can't be repeatedThe fact that I still remember these failings tells me that I had received a substandard service from them.Keegan's in sharp contrast were faultless in performing their duties. Communication was excellent, we received phone calls or emails most days or nights to guide us through the process in a compassionate and understanding manner. All requests from us were met without question and Gordon could not have been more helpful or courteous. He was knowledgeable and informative in all relevant aspects including Covid 19 and also produced a beautiful Order of Service for us.We were made to feel like real people and not just another job.The day of my Mother in Law's funeral will be remembered for all the right reasons. Many thanks to all the staff of Kenneth Keegan for their care.Needless to say, I will not hesitate to recommend them.

I am so glad I chose Kenneth Keegan's after the death of my mother, Morven. Our family was serviced by Mark primarily who is a true credit to the Kenneth keegan family and supported our family all of the waym he supported with the arrangements and on the day of my mother's funeral, he acted with total respect and professionalism. Thanks again to mark and everyone at Kenneth Keegan's. Truly wonderful service.

After my dad passed away whilst visiting friends in Paisley, we had to make a very difficult decision due to the COVID-19 restrictions to have the funeral away from home which is in essex. From the very first e mail I received back from Kenneth Keegan I knew this would be the company to use.I had spoken to other funeral directors in the area and the service I received from these guys was absolutely superb.I was only dealing with one person the whole time which made process so much easier.Gordon was absolutely brilliant in arranging everything which really helped take the stress out of not being local. From start to finish I felt like I my dad was in good hands and I can't thank Gordon and the team enough for all of their help during these difficult times.Even a follow up call the following day to ensure I had arrived safely back home which I feel just shows how above and beyond these guys go to get you through a difficult time.

I was in the unenviable position of arranging my Aunt's Funeral from a distance. I choose Kenneth Keegan Funeral Directors after an internet search and I could not have chosen better. From my very first phone call I knew I had made the right choice. I don't know Paisley but firstly Kenneth and then Graeme were so compassionate and really helpful. Graeme found a Church and a Priest when I had no clue where to start. The many telephone calls during the arrangements were so helpful in keeping me up to date and nothing was too much trouble. The Funeral itself went well and Graeme and his team were so good and gracious throughout. I really appreciated the telephone call afterwards to check we had been happy with everything and the further call the next week to check all was well. I highly recommend Kenneth Keegan Funeral Directors.

Kenneth was great to deal with. Very professional but also showed a lot of empathy. He was available for every question we had. Because of the current situation we could not have the Funeral we wanted for our Dad but he gave us the best Funeral he could and for that we are extremely grateful. The McBurnie family.
