My sister in law recommended Averil Philips and family for my sister’s funeral. We went along to them and had a nice chat with Wendy, who helped us plan and arrange my sisters funeral.Wendy helped us to organise everything we wanted, it was an emotional time but we got through it with Wendy’s help.We had Kate Reneerkens as our Celebrant, she did an excellent job of reading Anita’s life and family memories of her.We had lovely comments from everyone of how nice everything was.Everything was done with respect and sincerity.Thank you to Wendy and Kate and all of the staff atAveril Philips and family.Jean and Rudy Frank and Family

The way that Averil Phillips Funeral Directors conducted themselves regarding my late wifes funeral was amazing. From the first moment i entered the building seeking help i was made to feelas though i was the only person that mattered and this carried on through all of my visits, what they did for my late wife was truly amazing, from getting her to the funeral home so quickly, the aftercare of my wife and the funeral itself , and id like to thank WENDY for representing them so well and looking after me personally from day one.I came away thinking id made new friends.Yes if you want that personal and safe touch, your nervous about what you have to do then id recommend Averil Phillips and family to look after you

Our experience of Avril Phillips care was that at all times they were so full of empathy and highly professional. I can not speak highly enough of Tim, he was so polite and courteous and nothing was a problem. From the first day we spoke to him until the day we buried my brother he was there for us. Despite the current restrictions, my brother got the best send off possible. All the stress of dealing with a death and trying to organise a funeral was made so much easier. Tim was there for us any time needed and made everything super simple. I can't thank them enough.
