Mt Hill and his team were amazing.Caroline was approachable, helpful and so very kind, my father lived locally but I do not so Caroline supported me mainly over the phone but I could not have asked for a better team.I was skill fully guided to florists, local vicar, venues and generally 'what to do'.The order of service was brilliantly set out and printed (especially the photos) with quality and many options. Lots of our guests remarked on how lovely they were. The day of the funeral was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Mr Hill and the members of his team treated my father with respect and all us with care including insuring we had a parking space. It all went off beautifully, we all felt looked after and my father's last party was a great day. Many, many, many thanks to you all.

5 star service from a caring, sympathetic and professional team. The support during the process from pre to post funeral was really helpful and reassuring. The funeral day was as good as it could be and LC Hill and Son played a big part in making it such a fitting day to remember a life well lived.

From the initial emotion-fuelled phone call to the company to enquire about funerals (having never gone through the process before) and throughout the whole traumatic journey of dealing with a family death, LC Hills of Mere were just wonderful. They led us through the entire procedure step by step, with empathy, compassion and genuine care. The liaison with the celebrant and crematorium was first class and LC Hills lifted the burden of funeral arranging which enabled us to start grieving and organising the flowers and tributes. Nothing was too much trouble. An amazing photographic tribute to dad was prepared by LC Hills alongside our choice of photos and music - we felt as a family that we had given dad the very best of send offs, celebrating his life fittingly.Would thoroughly recommend this company. Many, many thanks to Ray, Caroline and all the team for a very professional job done with the utmost of care. Xx

We were exceptionally pleased with the support of Hill and Son Funeral Directors following the passing of my father-in-law Allan Greenland. Always friendly, comforting and professional, nothing was too much trouble and their ideas always had Allan's family in mind so that the burden on ourselves was minimised. Personal and caring at all times. Thank you to everyone involved.

I have nothing but praise for the support and help provided by Caroline Joyce. Her efficiency knows no bounds and I can recommend the services of LC Hill and Son to everyone who wants to ensure that their loved ones are treated kindly and tenderly when they pass away. Thank you so much for making it easier for me to let go.
