The team at LDC done a wonderful job of supporting my family and I in ensuring my Dad a really lovely funeral. They are experienced, professional and personable and supported us every step of the way. They were a comfort to watch with during a meaningful and emotional time.

No one looks up funeral director reviews for fun, if you’re here I’m sorry for your loss, I can’t do much but I can recommend Paul to help you through this tough time. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, generous and professional. We lost our baby before we met her and, without asking for anything, Paul was kind enough to explain everything to us, arrange a cremation and ceremony for her and be a steady hand throughout the process. In every move, he showed his experience, knowing when to provide a kind word, when to step back and let us grieve and when to guide us forward. Pick Paul if you want a safe and sincere pair of hands.

We came across LDC when looking for someone who provided services for babies lost at an early stage of pregnancy; something hard to find. At no point did we feel anything less than cared for and like we were the only clients they had. They were professional, courteous, compassionate and helpful when arranging things no parent should ever have to do whether that be via email or in person. We're so grateful to have come across them and thank you again for helping us get the closure we needed after such a traumatic time.

I was given LDC and a few other funeral directors as referrals by St Marylebone Crematorium and I knew the moment I spoke with Paul that I wanted to work with him. He provided all the necessary details and options for the day of my Dad’s funeral so I didn’t need to spend time on research at a stressful time, offered alternatives to reduce cost, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Most importantly he was down to earth, respectful of our Indian traditions/rituals, and knew exactly how to work with different/strong personalities in the family to ensure everything went smooth on the day. He even provided guidance on preparing for my Dad’s eulogy, and was in touch even after the funeral to send pics of where my Dad’s ashes are stored in his chapel until I’m ready to pick it up. The entire LDC crew: Dan, Alex, and celebrant Andrew were so professional and respectful the entire time. This feedback was unsolicited - I specifically asked to provide feedback to support this small family business so others can trust their services like I did, and send off their loved ones in the most memorable way. Thank you Paul and everyone at LDC.

Paul and Dan at LDC Funerals were incredibly supportive, professional, and truly helped ease my mind during an incredibly difficult time. Dealing with the paperwork and necessary steps after losing someone close is not easy, but their guidance made the process much smoother. As a smaller business, they were able to cater to my needs more personally, ensuring we could have the service on the day and time that worked best for us. LDC Funerals provided compassionate and efficient service with excellent communication throughout. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a funeral director.
