I have been blown away with the kindness and the compassion that I have received from James and his team from Legacy Funeral Services Ltd. I cannot recommend this service enough. Nothing was too much trouble. James made a very difficult job of arranging my late brother’s funeral so much more bearable.From start to finish, James has been brilliant!! Even after my brother’s funeral James is still helping me and answering any questions that I have. I cannot “thank” James and his team enough for the care and support that has been given to me and my family!They did my brother proud and gave him an amazing send off. I hope I don't have to arrange another funeral for a very long time, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use Legacy Funeral Services Ltd again. Thank you so much James.

The kindness and compassion shown to me and my two sons by Legacy Funeral Services following the death of my beloved husband was outstanding.James and Tony looked after us as if they were part of our family, and I shall NEVER EVER forget the immense comfort and support they gave us.Nothing was too much trouble and I totally trusted them to look after everything for me.The service was truly beautiful and I will be forever grateful to them for helping me through one of the most difficult days of my life.It's actually impossible to find the right words to adequately express my gratitude to two such remarkable people.

Legacy Funeral Services Limited and James Burrett were asked to handle the funeral for our son who recently passed away in the UK.We, his parents, are living in South Africa which being so far away, posed numerous problems. We need never have worried. James as other reviews have stated, went the extra mile for us. His professionalism, guidance and at the same time, compassion were unbelievable!We cannot express enough, our sincere appreciation and gratefulness for all the trouble that James went to including personally delivering our son’s ashes to our niece many miles away.James and Legacy Funeral Services Limited deserve all the recognition they can get for their outstanding and “Gold Star” service in what has been for us, a very sad time.

James was absolutely fantastic from the moment we spoke. He is so kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble. He was always there to answer any questions I had even if it were a random thought in the middle of the night. | knew Mum was in safe hands with James.He was so accommodating from the moment we first spoke right through to the funeral. He provides such a personal service, you don't feel rushed or like anything is too much trouble. He went over and above and made the whole process so easy for us all at the most difficult time of our lives. Everything went so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing, James had everything in hand at all times. Mum had the most beautiful send off. Thank you so so much to James and his team. Words are not enough to tell you how amazing James and Tony are, my sister and l were dreading walking into the office of this very small family business to arrange our dear mums funeral, l can honestly say that from the moment we walked through the door and as silly as it may sound but we were made to feel like part of the family, we were welcomed with open arms, nothing and l mean nothing was too much trouble for them, we walked into the office with a very heavy heart but came out smiling and reassured knowing our mum was being looked after by these two lovely guys, I'm sure that they would have to go to the moon and back to make mums funeral a special day and they did not disappoint usThank you so so much you are both truly amazing the five star rating is not high enough as far as we are concerned.
