30 days from reciept of the Funeral account.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, cheque. It is possible to arrange to pay by instalments. This must be raised to our team prior to the funeral taking place.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we may charge you interest
-at a rate of 4% above our bank’s Base Rate from time to time in force
-calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our account until payment
-compounded on the first day of each month; and
-before and after any Judgment (unless a Court orders otherwise).
We may recover (under Clause 3) the cost of taking legal action
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
If you terminate your instructions or in the unlikely event that we decide to terminate our services, you will be invoiced for all third party charges which we are committed to pay.
