Our family was so impressed with the service we received from Lewis. During an difficult time, He lifted a the burden from our shoulders. Lewis was kind, patient, and never rushed us. He handled every detail flawlessly, and the service for our mother was absolutely beautiful and exactly what she would have wanted. Thank you for your dignity and grace.

What can I say other than amazing. We recently used Lewis for my dad's funeral. From the minute our family contacted Lewis, it's been nothing but amazing. Lewis took the time to talk to us as a family and get to know us aswell as my dad. Lewis has shown love, care and compassion to us all throughout this whole process. The little details that Lewis included to the day of the funeral, and before for things such as the order of service and funeral notice didnt go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. Lewis helped give my dad the best send off possible. I personally have struggled since losing my dad and Lewis has been so caring and understanding towards this also. I am so please we chose Lewis to care for my dad. I honestly cannot recommend Lewis enough. Thank you so much Lewis I honestly appreciate everything you have done. Your amazing

I entrusted Lewis Cook Funeral Home to look after our dear mother's ceremony and I wish to thank Lewis from the bottom of my heart for the exceptional service he provided to my family and myself. I couldn't have wished for it to go any better and all my family members had the same high praise, they were all highly impressed with how well it was organised. Thank you very much for being there and guiding us through it.

Outstanding service from Lewis from start to completion for the funeral arrangements of my lat father. Clear and upfront about the estimate and costs meant no surprises when the final invoice was received. Such a refreshingly open and honest approach. All costs including florist and wake were included which meant fewer arrangements and bills to pay. Lewis and his team delivered a respectful and professional service on the day of the funeral itself, which celebrated my father's life exactly how we wanted. Highly recommended and thank you Lewis.

In her final days, my Mother and I met with Lewis Cook to discuss funeral arrangements. Mum wanted something small and personal, but ideally with all the professionalism of a grander service. Immediately upon arrival, it was clear to us both that Lewis was the man for the occasion. He welcomed my Mum, who was wheelchair-bound at the time, into his funeral home with such warmth and care. The home itself is beautifully presented and maintained. Lewis took great care to detail every step of the service and our options, so that there was no uncertainty. And then, when we had agreed upon and organised the service itself, Lewis took charge in handling any extra requests we had. He liaised with a local florist for flowers, as well as a local caterer for the wake. When my Mum passed, Lewis took such great care of her ahead of the funeral, diligently performing his duties. Our family truly felt personally supported in a time when everything was so difficult. Finally, the service itself was orchestrated perfectly. I was moved by Lewis's choice of words and poems. He'd clearly taken the time to understand my Mum's character. He was also very accommodating in allowing my brother and I to speak our own tributes during the service. I truly believe the whole experience was everything my Mum would have wanted. All thanks to Lewis.
