Very poor communication , They did not even know of my mum who's funeral was held with them. Jackie was supposed to call us back twice and never did

During our time of mourning, having Lodge Brothers assist us along the way was nothing short of amazing. Tara was so nice and explained everything to us and allowed us to ask as many questions we required. This really helped reassure us and take the majority of the stress away. They communicated with us the whole way and listened to exactly what we wanted and they delivered everything the way we expected. I really can not fault them. They really took care of everything and this is why I feel like I must share my experience with others. Thank you

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mother, Florinda and also my family. My name is Josephine and we sadly lost my dear Father recently. We weren't sure which funeral directors to use; why would we, as we've never had to arrange a funeral before. Having then asked around, a few were mentioned to us, including Lodge Brothers in Hounslow. I then read reviews about this particular branch and Jackie who works there, her name was mentioned a few times, about how compassionate she was to deal with. Based on the reviews, we decided to use Lodge Brothers. Jackie was as described, empathetic and approachable from day one. She made everything so much easier to deal with for my family and I. My Mother, Florinda really appreciated the care given to us. On the day of the funeral itself, the team, lead by Duncan, were fantastic. They talked us through what would happen and what to expect, again making things easier for us to deal with as a family. Needless to say, that I highly recommend Lodge Brothers in Hounslow. Thank you to Jackie, Duncan and the rest of the team.
