I would just like to make a personal thank you in regards to my Mums funeral that was conducted from Lodge Brothers New Malden. Our arranger was Alex and i can't even start to express in words how wonderful, polite, kind and amazing he was. From the first moment we entered the branch, it didn't feel like we were arranging a funeral, it felt like we were arranging an ever lasting memory of Mum. I don't think she would have ever expected this and would be looking down at us gleaming. Alex really felt like family at the end and it felt we could trust him with almost anything. He is a real asset to the company and i know i will be highly recommending him. Thank you so much to all of you that gave Mum an amazing service and if i could give more than 5 stars i certainly would. Thank you !!

I can't express enough how amazing and professional Lodge Brothers were for my Dad's funeral. Alex from New Malden arranged the whole thing and put the best drivers, the best conductor and the best celebrant Jenni on the hardest day of my life. Jenni was incredibly good at her role, her voice is so angelic and soothing and it made the service all the more comforting. The music, timing and the way everything unfolded was truly excellent. A truly wonderful send off for my Father. Please thank everyone who did the service that day. Id give a 10/10 stars if i was allowed, Thank you.

Lodge Brothers New Malden whose staff were so kind, thoughtful and dignified at my son, Kevin's funeral on 8th October 2020. They were all attentive which helped me to keep strong. The arranger at New Malden Alex, organised a beautiful service and i wouldn't have changed anything. The precision, thought and effort that went into the arrangement for my son was perfect in every way. It was a very emotional and comforting service. This provided a great comfort to me. The service was highly praised by everyone that attended. Thank you so much as well to the Gentleman who were very dignified on the day and polite and also Victoria who gave me a smile which was very hard to make that day. I cannot thank all the staff enough. You are all highly recommended by myself and my family.

I have recently had my Grandmothers funeral arranged through Lodge Brothers and this was all with the help of Alex at their new branch in New Malden. He was very attentive to my every need and made the process much more calm and supported me in various ways which made the whole process seem that much more reassuring. He was very patient with all my questions as i must have taken a few hours of his time but he made me feel as if i wasn't a burden in any way. Thank you Alex and Lodge Brothers for all who helped me in such a difficult time.

I would like to personally take the time to write about my experience with Lodge Brothers. I haven't ever come across a company so professional and caring before. It has recently been my Grandmothers funeral and with the covid-19 pandemic this has been hard enough but I would like to thank most of all Alex, who arranged the funeral for us. He has made this difficult time easier and I haven't met someone before who is so compassionate and caring. He really took the time and effort to give us everything we needed for our very much loved Grandmother. He is a real asset to Lodge Brothers and I have certainly made others aware. Thank you for all your help.
