Lodge Brothers Feltham are very very good. Our funeral arranger in particular is kind, friendly, caring, very helpful and understanding. She was able to accommodate our needs as Buddhists in the upmost professional manner and even suggested ways to save on costs as opposed to trying to make business and maximising on how much they could sell us. I really appreciate her wonderfully kind nature she's very respectful and made the whole process so much easier. Thank you x

If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. Lodge Brothers were so empathetic, professional and courteous. Every detail of the day was faultless. Courtesy call day after from Debbie to make sure that we were happy with the way things had gone. The whole customer service given was 100% and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Once again Lodge Bros. Have surpassed themselves. At what is the most stressful time of our lives ( with the passing of our beloved mum) Debbie took us through everything so thoughtfully, even down to the finest of extra details that we would never have thought of. She is sympathetic, thoughtful an expert in her job but makes you feel that she knows exactly what you are going through. We think she went above & beyond her duty to make sure we had everything we needed & wanted. Also the evening before mums funeral, kevin the conductor, contacted us to go through everything & to explain all that was going to happen. All staff were extremely respectful of mum & family & mourners, but a very special thankyou to Debbie & Kevin. I hope it will not be too soon, but we will definately be using Lodge Bros in all future funerals.
