"Adam and the coffin bearers were lovely - sympathetic and kind in their demeanour, without being in the least intrusive. They showed respect in the way they carried and set down my brother's coffin. I can't praise this company highly enough. They looked after my Dad with such respect, from the initial phone call to the planning and then to the final day, they ensured the whole thing went smoothly, gave advice and were just there when you needed them. Special thanks to Victoria at the Bushey branch, the gentlemen involved in the funeral cortege and Mike Phipps the celebrant.

Helpful throughout, and especially Victoria in the Bushey office was very kind and considerate in all her dealings with me in getting things sorted before the funeral itself. Adam and the coffin bearers at the ceremony itself were lovely - sympathetic and kind in their demeanour, without being in the least intrusive (even though they must do this every day). They showed respect in the way they carried and set down my brother's coffin, and dealt with my requests. Adam was kind throughout, making it clear that they were there to make everything as easy for us as possible. Thank you, all.

Excellent service from Victoria in the Bushey branch. She could not be any more compassionate, kind and helpful. Victoria and the team at Ginders honestly made the day so much easier. If you are i. The unfortunate event of needing to use their services I would highly recommend M. K. Ginder and sons. Only negative was the flowers which came from a recommended Ginders supplier (Aime Bone) many of the family and friends who arranged flowers through Aime Bone were extremely disappointed with their orders. Flowers where neither to specification on the website or of good quality, many wilting on the day. I would not use Aime bone again and would instead opt for rósannas on St Albans Road who organises a spectacular Lilly display for the church which were fresh over a week later. The gentlemen on the day where excellent. Over all for Ginders we would give a five star and for Victoria in the Bushey branch if we could it would be 10 stars
